Lviv as a result of Russian missile strikes on the Ukrainian power system has been completely left without electricity, said mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovy.
"The whole city is left without electricity supply. We are waiting for additional information from power engineers. There may be water shortages. Stay in shelters," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to him, trams and trolleybuses do not run in the city. After the raid siren is over, additional buses will operate in the city. Due to the lack of electricity, the supply of heating and water has been temporarily suspended, and diesel generators are being switched to operation.
Sadovy also said that all schoolchildren and preschoolers are in shelters together with teachers and educators! "Dear parents, you can take your children only after the alarm is over," he said.
