Govt provides extra UAH 335 mln to Kherson region to overcome consequences of terrorist attack at Kakhovka HPP – PM
The Cabinet of Ministers has provided an additional UAH 335 million to Kherson region to overcome the consequences of the terrorist attack at the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant (HPP), Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said.
"We are providing an additional UAH 335 million to Kherson region for further work aimed at implementing a program to overcome the consequences of the terrorist attack," Shmyhal said at a government meeting on Friday.
The government, in particular, assigned UAH 187 million to the region for the priority restoration of water and heat supply facilities, and another UAH 148 million for other tasks, in particular, for the repair of roads in Kherson, which are necessary for the normal functioning of the city.
