Zelenskyy suggests that Verkhovna Rada break consular agreement with Russia
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the termination of the Consular Convention between Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
The bill card No 0231 appeared on the parliament's website.
