Zelenskyy, during trip to Odesa region, holds meeting on protecting region
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is on a working trip in Odesa region on Wednesday, November 29.
"Today we are working in Odessa region. We started with military reports and a meeting on the defense of the region. There are many important issues. The operational situation and the conduct of hostilities are within the responsibility of Odesa command center. The situation in the Black Sea, mine action and ensuring the security of the grain corridor. The work of the air defense of Odesa region, air cover of Odesa, the infrastructure of the grain corridor and our brigades," Zelenskyy said in his Telegram channel.
The president also met with military personnel and presented awards.
"During such business trips, it is always a great honor to meet with our defenders. Today I talked with the soldiers who defend the south of Ukraine and presented them with state awards. Thank you for your service, for shooting down enemy targets, for your courage and dedication in protecting our state and people," he said.
