Von der Leyen: Elections in Ukraine - internal matter for Ukraine
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen says that the issue of holding presidential and parliamentary elections in Ukraine is an internal matter of Ukraine.
As for the elections in Ukraine, she said that this is an internal matter of Ukraine, and refused to comment on it at a press conference in Brussels on Wednesday, answering a question from the Interfax-Ukraine agency about what European solution can be applied to resolve the current situation.
As it is known, due to the introduction of martial law in the country after the Russian invasion, the issue of holding presidential elections, which are to be held in March, has not been resolved, as well as parliamentary elections are not being held.
