AFU eliminates 920 occupiers over day – AFU General Staff
During the day, the Ukrainian military eliminated about 920 enemy personnel, nine tanks, 13 armored combat vehicles, 16 artillery systems, one air defense system, 11 UAVs, 53 units of auto and special equipment, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to April 16, 2024 approximately amount to: about 455,340 people of military personnel (plus 920) people, 7,189 tanks (plus nine) units, 13,809 armored combat vehicles (plus 13) units, 11,609 artillery systems (plus 16) units, 1,046 MLRS units, 759 units of air defense equipment (plus one), 347 aircraft units, 325 helicopters, 9,277 operational and tactical level UAVs (plus 11), 2,092 cruise missiles, 26 ships/boats, one submarine, 15,563 automotive equipment and tankers (plus 53) units, and 1,908 special equipment units," a message posted on Facebook on Tuesday morning reads.
