It is difficult to overestimate the contribution of the founder and head of Interfax-Ukraine agency to the development of Ukrainian journalism, said former Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine (2014-2016, 2016-2019) Hennadiy Zubko.

“Not a single interview or press conference of mine in Interfax-Ukraine took place without meeting and talking with Oleksandr. Always a deep understanding of the essence, attention and respect for the interlocutor, wise advice and intellectual irony - that's how I knew him. It is difficult to overestimate his personal and his agency's contribution to the formation and development of Ukrainian journalism,” Zubko wrote on Facebook.
