Ukrainian forces regain lost positions in Chasiv Yar, Russians advance near Donetsk – ISW
Ukrainian forces recently regained lost positions in Chasiv Yar, and Russian forces recently advanced near Donetsk City and in western Zaporizhia region, according to the report of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) for July 8.
“Geolocated footage published on July 8 indicates that Ukrainian forces recently advanced along Oleh Koshovyi Street in the western part of the Kanal Microraion (easternmost Chasiv Yar),” the message reads.
At the same time, geolocated footage published on July 7 indicates that Russian forces recently advanced west of Solodke (southwest of Donetsk City), and also to the northwest of Verbove, Zaporizhia region, which is located east of Robotyne.
