Partnerships Between the State and Regions
On July 31, the Ukrainian Investment Congress 2025 will take place at the Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center — a large-scale event that will serve as a platform for discussing the future of Ukraine’s economic development, attracting investments, and shaping a modern investment climate.

At a pre-event press conference, organizers and experts presented the key ideas and approaches that will help attract investors and create favorable conditions for business.

Moderator Andriy Dligach emphasized that even in times of war, Ukraine must offer investors new concepts:
"More than 40 countries worldwide are in a state of armed conflict, yet this does not prevent attracting investments, restoring infrastructure, and creating spaces for life and business development."
According to Dligach, the Congress should become a place for discussing innovative development formats:
"We need to present Ukraine as a testing ground: dynamic housing, new living spaces, a new logic for infrastructure and urban planning."
6,000 Participants and an Architectural Competition
Viktoriya Bilykh highlighted the scale of the event:
"The Ukrainian Investment Congress will bring together more than 6,000 participants: developers, builders, politicians, representatives of investment funds, banks, entrepreneurs, architects, and designers."
The program includes panel discussions, debates, interviews, and discussions on current topics. One of the key highlights will be the All-Ukrainian architectural competition “Interior of the Year.”
Investment Climate: Key Opportunities
Among the important aspects announced at the press conference:
- increasing the number of ready-to-implement projects and large-scale infrastructure solutions;
- establishing transparent rules for investors;
- developing public-private partnerships;
- engaging Ukrainian businesses from abroad and expanding international cooperation, particularly with Polish partners.
