Ukraine's leading express delivery company, Nova Poshta of the Nova Group, has fully placed Series H bonds with a total nominal value of UAH 1 billion following the redemption on July 30 of Series E bonds of the same amount.

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) approved the corresponding bond issue report on August 19, 2025.

Each bond carries a nominal value of UAH 1,000, with one million bonds issued. The placement was conducted without a public offering. Other issuance parameters have not been disclosed.

Back in May, the NSSMC approved the placement of two new Nova Poshta bond issues – Series G and H – each with a nominal volume of UAH 1 billion. The company stated that the raised funds would be allocated as follows: 35% toward expanding its terminal network, 15% into IT investments, 30% into BDF containers and transportation vehicles, and 20% into parcel packaging.

In July 2025, Nova Poshta fully placed its Series G bonds totaling UAH 1 billion.

As of mid-2025, Nova Poshta had obligations on three bond issues: Series E for UAH 995.82 million (redeemed on July 30, 2025), Series F for UAH 998.45 million (maturing June 1, 2026), and Series G for UAH 999.38 million (maturing May 2, 2027). The coupon rate for Series F and G stands at 16% per annum. Since August 2020, the company has already redeemed five bond issues totaling UAH 3.6 billion.

In Q2 2025, Nova Poshta increased its unconsolidated net profit by 2.6% year-on-year to UAH 905.45 million, with revenue climbing 22.9% to UAH 12.71 billion. For the first half of 2025 overall, however, net profit declined 19.6% to UAH 1.20 billion, while revenue rose 22.1% to UAH 24.57 billion.

The company's equity grew 6.1% in the first half of 2025 to UAH 12.30 billion, while liabilities increased 2.8% to UAH 20.56 billion.

Nova Poshta's core business remains express delivery of documents, parcels, and palletized large cargo. The company leads Ukraine's express delivery market. Its ultimate beneficial owners are Volodymyr Popereshniuk and Viacheslav Klymov.
