Anastasiia Shuba
Anastasiia Shuba is a volunteer, defense procurement expert, representative of the Independent Anti-Corruption Commission (NACO), and a member of the Public Anti-Corruption Council at the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. She actively works to enhance the transparency and efficiency of defense procurement, including the implementation of supplier pre-qualification mechanisms (whitelist) to ensure proper oversight and reduce corruption risks. She is involved in the development of anti-corruption initiatives and defense sector reforms.
She holds a specialist degree in law from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy. Her professional experience includes roles as a specialist in the Kharkiv Prosecutor's Office, a legal advisor, and participation in the legal review of the Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2021-2025. She also served as a member of the Civil Oversight Council at the NABU and as a member of the NABU Disciplinary Commission.
