Andrii Haichenko

Deputy Minister of Justice for Enforcement Service Affairs, a Ukrainian political and public figure, and a legal scholar

Born on January 26, 1984, in Kyiv, he obtained his law degree from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a specialization in Commercial and Labor Law. In 2021, he was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Law.

As Deputy Minister, his key priorities include combating corruption and minimizing risks within the enforcement service and the expert justice support system, as well as enhancing the effectiveness of court decision enforcement.

He is the driving force behind the second phase of enforcement service reform, which targets the elimination of “gray” schemes used for asset misappropriation. Under his leadership, significant automation has been introduced into enforcement proceedings, streamlining processes and increasing transparency.
