The government has adopted a resolution on the real and transparent transfer of soldiers between units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, transfers will work through the Army+ application, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"The transfer of soldiers to the army should be unblocked. Only the government has adopted a special resolution that introduces a real and transparent mechanism for transfers for our soldiers between military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This concerns transfers specifically on the initiative of the warriors," Zelenskyy wrote on the Telegram channel on Tuesday.

According to the President, the mechanism for transferring soldiers was developed in cooperation with civil society, the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Zelenskyy added that the agreement had been reached at a meeting with civil society in October.

"Transfers will work through the Army+ app. Seventy-two hours are provided to check the report. The result of the check is reported to the warrior via Army+. In case of refusal, clear reasons must be indicated. In case of agreement, it is an understandable decision," the president explained.

The effectiveness of the approved mechanism should be monitored by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The technical readiness of the launch is on November 15.

"This is an important example of absolutely constructive cooperation between the military leadership and the team of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the one hand and representatives of public organizations on the other," Zelenskyy said.
