Casualty count rises to 18 in latest Russian attack on Zaporizhia – Fedorov
The number of victims of the missile attack by the Russian occupiers on Zaporizhia on Tuesday night has increased to 18, Zaporizhia Regional Military Administration head Ivan Fedorov has said.
"Already 18 wounded - the number of victims of the night enemy attack on Zaporizhia is increasing. Residents of the regional center continue to seek medical attention with shrapnel wounds, contusions, and acute stress reactions. Most people will continue to be treated at home after receiving medical care," Fedorov wrote in a telegram.
Earlier, one person was reported dead and 13 injured as a result of the missile strike on the city. Large-scale fires also broke out: the fire engulfed three residential buildings with an area of 350 sq m, two trucks in the parking lot and a maintenance station with an area of 600 sq m.
