SBU drones hit oil terminal, electrical substations in Crimea – source
On Monday night in the temporarily occupied Crimea, drones of the Detachment "A" of the State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Military Regional District of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a number of facilities working for the war against Ukraine, a SBU source told the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
"The Feodosia Marine Oil Terminal - drones hit at least five tanks. A large-scale fire is recorded on the territory of the oil depot, including the 220 kV substation Kafa (Feodosia), which is part of the energy bridge between the Russian Federation and Crimea. Power transformers, a closed switchgear, a dispatcher, and a room with protective automation were damaged. Voltage drops began," the agency’s interlocutor said.
Also, according to him, a series of explosions were heard at the 330 kV substation Simferopol.
"The SBU continues to systematically reduce the enemy’s military, logistical, and economic capabilities to wage war against Ukraine. Our technical capabilities allow us to organize "cotton" both in the temporarily occupied territories and in the deep rear of Russia. This work will continue," the SBU source said.
