President moves Lysak from Dnipropetrovsk governor to Odesa military chief
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Serhiy Lysak, who previously held the position of head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, as head of the Odesa City Military Administration.
"To appoint Serhiy Petrovych Lysak as head of the Odesa City Military Administration of the Odesa District of the Odesa Region," reads the text of Order No. 119/2025-rp dated October 15, 2025, published on the website of the head of state.
