New Army+ version launched with digital ID and news feed – Ministry of Defense
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced an update to the Army Plus application: it includes a digital ID for a defender, a Pulse news feed, and more convenient access to services.
"A new version of Army+ has been released with a digital ID for a defender, a Pulse news feed, and more convenient access to services. The expanded Army ID allows you to confirm the status of a serviceman or servicewoman via a secure QR code during checks, including at checkpoints. The ID does not replace paper documents, but is sufficient to confirm status," the Ministry of Defense said in a message on its Telegram channel on Monday.
It is reported that the Pulse news feed contains official explanations, advice, and important information for the military "without rumors and unnecessary noise." The design and navigation have been updated, in particular, access to popular Pluses has been simplified. A notifications section with important messages and status reports for all time has also been added.
