EU must continue to provide predictable and stable financial support to Ukraine – Macron
French President Emmanuel Macron calls on the European Union to continue providing predictable and stable financial support to Ukraine in the long term.
"At the European level, we continue to work to meet Ukraine's urgent financial needs for the next two years, as promised by the European Council on October 23. Discussions on the reparations loan are ongoing," he said at a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in Paris on Monday.
Macron emphasized that work continues to ensure risk sharing with international partners, particularly within the G7.
"The European Union must continue to provide Ukraine with predictable and stable financial support over the long term," he said.
