Polish President Andrzej Duda, during a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Belvedere Palace, said that the issue of Ukraine's membership in NATO should be determined by only one thing - the will of Ukrainian society.

“The issue of Ukraine's admission to NATO should be conditioned by only one thing - the will of the Ukrainian society. If that's the case, then the Alliance can't hesitate. From the very beginning, we have supported Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations. And we will express this in Washington,” Duda is quoted as saying during his meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart in Warsaw.

According to Duda, Poland has no differentiation on this issue.

“If there is a strong voice in favor of Ukraine and for Ukraine at the NATO summit, it will certainly be the voice of Poland,” he said.
